Usually when an item sold out, it will still be showing there for awhile, with sold out label below it, not removed.

Yes bc the sold out ss makes me believe it’s a legitimate order. Maybe the cancelation emails are bc they accidentally oversold their small stock - which explains why the site seems to have been taken down harshly.

I don't think there's a glimpse of hope in this situation. Like RAMROD said, if a product is sold out then it'll say SOLD OUT on it
