Ok, so I emailed them and said that I wanted a refund because the product that I got was not the one they advertised. They told me that they couldn’t because it had already shipped and that I could refuse the package instead and then I could get a refund. Then I told them that how was I supposed to do that when I was expecting my product to be the one they advertised and  How was I gonna do that when the mail leaves my packages in one of those metal boxes? also told them that I opened the cardboard box the vinyl came in but the vinyl is sealed. I also told them they did false advertising, showed them a screenshot that showed that the vinyl they had up included DWUW, and told them that either they send me the product I paid for or to give me a refund. They haven't replied.

you don't have to open the seal, just return the package to the same address it was from and you'll get your money back.

I had already opened the box the vinyl came in, my friend told me to tape it up and return it. Thats what I’m gonna do since I didn’t open the vinyl, just the box they used to ship it.
