10 years younger. In a way I feel like I'm paralleling her life in a way, just 10 years apart. For example she got into her thirties just when I got into my twenties, etc, we're reaching similar age steps at the same time.

I'm 3 years younger than her 

I think our similar age has been a part of why I feel so connected with her. When she debuted, I was amazed someone almost exactly my age could be so wise and brave. It made me feel like I could be too bc she didn't feel that different from me.

And then, as her career has gone on, I feel like I connect strongly with her mindset each era; Joanne in particular sticks out. Once I reached my late 20s I started incorporating a lot more chill music into my rotation (vs always listening exclusively to high-energy pop or hip-hop) and it fit exactly what I was getting into at the time.
