Oh I’m sure. Madonna’s biopic seems to be in limbo ever since the writer quit. Cher seems a lot more lax with her story and public image, so it’ll probably be easier to work with her.

I feel like Gaga wouldn’t take a role that’s so close to her public persona. Not to mention her and Cher are friends, I just feel like Gaga would wanna take more roles outside of musicals to avoid being typecast.

While I believe that Gaga can pull this off successfully, I don't want her to be forever associated with musician roles. Gucci was the right path in establishing herself as a versatile actress. And if I were her, I'd say pick something else that has less to do with music.

Maybe she can return to playing musicians after like 4 more roles or something.
