I'm in Manitoba; we currently have the highest per capita count of covid in all of North America; currently not allowed to have ANY visitors and everything is closed again. So ready for this to be done.

Well my city (Brampton) has had the highest per capita in Canada for much of the pandemic so ha

I also find it funny they are giving numbers of when supposibky restrictions will rise... its hard to know before then how hospitalizations and spread rate will be tbh
