Economy 52,844 Posted May 16, 2021 Share Posted May 16, 2021 Canada has layed out a target for when it says nearly all restrictions can be lifted and that target is 75% of population receiving at least 1 dose and 20% receiving 2nd dose (or 1 dose in case of J&J).
