In times of a pandemic, these decisions should be immediate, no matter the consequences. My heart goes out to everyone in India Question though, would it be possible for someone from India to fly to another country and then fly from that country to the US? I'm just curious how travel bans work. Like, are they based on the passports or passengers' origin? Or is it literally just a ban on flights from that country?
