What's the law around the world regarding this?

In USA the penalty is you'll get your license revoked as a doctor or a nurse, in early days of vaccination there are a lot of that, but once Biden sworn in, everyone have to go through legal way.

I feel like injecting just air into a vein is a recipe for a serious cardiac episode... the bloodstream isn't supposed to have random air pockets

I'm fairly confident just based on my symptoms after the second shot. (It never occurred to me that anything like the above would happen, but I did wonder if both shots were administered correctly, because of a thing that happened that I'm not going to go into. But then I got the expected reaction, so it's pretty much confirmed.)

My freedom day is next Tuesday.
