Yeah true but in that situation she didn't really have to go out of character because Ally was a singer, and plus Bradley worked with her to make the situation work for the movie

As far as AHS, filming for TV is different than for a movie and not as intense. I think she could feel a lot of pressure on this movie to be accepted by the other actors as being serious

Actually Elton invited Dua to perform. They became friends after Elton praised Future Nostalgia as his favorite album of 2020 and said she ushered in the disco pop revival among female artists. Then Dua invited him to perform for her Studio 54 live stream concert and he did a special appearence there and now he invited her to perform for his AIDS charity event that he does for the Oscors I believe
