Plsss don’t say that....coming from somebody who did almost take their life, I know that it’s not worth. I’ve been in recovery for almost a year and I can tell you that it can get better. Don’t think about people who tell you otherwise or say think about the people who you will hurt. This is about you and you need to find every possible solution to get better. Therapy, mind exercises,...etc. plzzz never result to that cause it caused me even more pain
