It allows you to get latios/latias as far as I know. Not exactly sure how it works but if you pass someone while your game is on with spot pass working who has the ticket, it gets transferred to you, and then if you pass people who don't have it then you'll send it to them and it becomes this huge chain. After you've beaten the elite 4 you can travel to Southern Island again and catch the counterpart of the Lati@s you get in the regular game. I love the graphic and everything, but it wasn't that fun (it might be because I'm pressed that they didn't have the Battle Frontier, haha). Can you trade the offspring to other game? to pokebank?
