This is really which album best suits what we think Gaga is, which you can see by the different votes. As she famously said

I think of BTW (my vote) and ARTPOP. BTW has all of her sides in it, it's like her history, ARTPOP has all her rage and message in it, it's like her manifesto.... But something tells me that Joanne is also very her :) idk.

Tbh idk. She hasnt really made anything in the same sort of style ever so what even is Gaga

Like The Fame, ARTPOP, Joanne- were they even sincere looking back at it? Or were they just these phases she was in that felt inspiring and she was just creating off that? I don’t have that with BTW and TFM feels like the only work without a real or obvious message (like i know each song has it’s fear etc but like big picture) so maybe that’s the truest/ most honest and therefore Gaga one? Idk. And Chromatica... i have given enough opinions already so not today :selena:

this question doesn't make a lot of sense(?), first we have to define what Gaga is which only Gaga herself can do that

The Child

Born This Way then The Fame Monster & The Fame.

ARTPOP had the potential to be her most Gaga but the message/concept of the album and the songs themselves don’t really align.

Joanne feels so anti Gaga but that’s why I like it, Gaga had BIG balls and I feel like she lost them with Chromatica, the album feels generic and safe?
