I just dont see uk opening a damn stadium in full capitity even in august. Like unless they impose you to have 2 vaccine shots or 1 vacine shot plus test. 

And the uk date isnt just people from there. I dont know, the probability of every ticket holder being vaccinated seems to me rather slim. We're all to young... 

Theyll open stadiums when football season reopens in september. Maybe.. 

Even festivals. Unless its all opened and theres no restrictions, i dont think big festivals will happen. Cause it just isnt lucrative for such costy events. Its all too sudden. I dont see it

I was just reading up on travel protocols.

France requires a 7-day isolation period plus an exemption form which shows a pressing matter of why you must enter the grounds.

As for the UK, France (and the US too) is on the amber list, which would require any travelers from there to quarantine for 10 days even if they have been vaccinated.

 

So... if Paris happens, London cannot because Gaga and the team don’t have enough time to complete 10 days in isolation.

If they want to do London, Gaga and her entire team would need to isolate for 10 days in a government mandated scheme that costs up to £1,000 per person. Multiply it by the number of tour crew (at least 70-100 people)... yeah that’s not gonna happen.
