EDIT: just remembered that it's believed Rupaul owns an ARTPOP act II, I remember reading somewhere that he said his favorite song was nothing on but the radio, i'm trying to find it

I wonder if its actually complete or is it in demo form? If Gaga did want to release it, I’m sure she’d have to remaster it and bring back some of the producers from that time? I also vaguely remember her saying that some of her closest friends have Act II and they listen to it in private...

Maybe in 2013 when it all went down but his rights and percentages in anything to do with Gaga should be nonexistent now or should be come 2023. It would be truly criminal if a manager could get away with still having any financial stake in one of the biggest artists of this century/decade.

Well, that’s the music industry in a nutshell. It’s rarely ever fair. There’s really nothing stopping Troy from claiming anything that he may have organized and helped put together at the time, like the album and the app, regardless of how old it all is. I imagine this is likely also why we never got the tour on DVD. Considering how Gaga is legally unable to speak on what went down, I would assume she and Troy reached some sort of mutual agreement, and that’s why she pivoted to Cheek to Cheek so suddenly.

surely Gaga could just leak it like she did with Aura though

or even "officially" release it but for free like Stache and SOFY, that way Troy wouldn't get anything surely
