If there is one thing this pandemic showed me more about America, its that our reading/literacy education needs a major overhaul; especially when it comes to reading non-fiction texts like this.

I suppose eventually it will be like the flu vaccine, something that you can get every "season." But at this juncture it seems to early to tell accurately how covid-19 will 'live' among us in the future; since like all viruses it will never be fully eradicated.

Germany really needs to hurry up I fear that the ones who were vaccinated need to get another one in 4 months again which will be catastrophic

It probably will last a year or more, we just don’t know yet.

this is huge! i'm so glad the vaccines are working. hopefully people continue getting them. 

 

my biggest fear is that the u.s. will get around 50-60% of the population vaccinated, then it'll plateau before the vaccines can help us reach herd immunity  lemme stay positive though.
