I honestly feel so bad for the fans who aren't like me (I pretty much just care about the music and music videos). The ones who get so amped up about merch and everything she does... I am feeling so empathetic for you guys. Disappointment after disappointment.

I'm sure there are some delusional stans who defend her (not from what I've seen on this thread, thankfully), but when you put out a product, you're expected to deliver.

To the delusional ones: would you accept this if you bought anything from literally anywhere else? I imagine people who are defending her have the same mentality of "she doesn't owe you anything." Except you bought something that was listed on an official merch store, so yes, she does. Like at what point do you put your foot down and your bias aside and hold her responsible in the same way that you would someone at a restaurant, or a retail store for a similar incident?
