oh yeah, when stupid love leaked, my old friends would insult the hell out of my interests and diss gaga just because i liked her and because they were assholes. they had no idea how much gaga means to me but i always respected them and their interests

I was watching the teaser for the marry the night video after a very Gaga thanksgiving, while I was in the hospital for a suicide attempt.

I got my wisdom teeth out the day the Joanne World Tour started

i remember watching some shitty live streams on telegram right before heading to the operation lol

hearing the first live performance of Dancin in Circles made it much easier

it's sort of like, my past is an unfinished painting..

I'd say I hate The Monster Ball because I went there with my ex but in fact he doesn't matter to me and he was merely an instrument for me to get to the Gaga concert :ladyhaha:

I was sitting on my porch when I read here on the forum that her dogs were stolen... I first thought that can’t be true until I saw a picture of Asia...

i didn’t hear a specific song in that moment, but I am sitting on my porch now and had to think of that moment where I felt a bit sick to my stomach and so sorry for her and Ryan :(

i had a bad cold the day the Stupid Love MV was released and I refused to watch the video for a while so I don't associate it with that :messga:

The cancellation of my BTWB date. It was the only thing keeping me going that semester in college. Luckily the friend I was going with surprised me with tickets to see P!nk instead, so it worked out.

Pretty much all of the ARTPOP era. Coming to terms with the fact my ex and I were not getting back together, making dates then getting stood up, losing a ton of my friends for various reasons (mostly because of the aforementioned relationship ending), continuing to struggle my last year of college and trying to plan out post-college life.

Perfect Illusion was yet another time I was dealing with the aftermath of terrible dating experiences. It was just a year after I had moved to Orlando and after dating on and off with messy men, I thought I'd found a decent one. Well, after three dates, he ghosted me :selena: and Perfect Illusion came out the next week.

Rain on Me release weekend was horrible for me. I had just learned that my summer trip to see my fiancé in Canada was cancelled with an indefinite border closing. It was the breaking point for my mental health and I had an absolute breakdown. I saw a lot of people on my social medias that didn't love the song and I lashed out at them, insulting everything from their taste in music, looks, career, etc; it was bad. I even lost my shiz at my fiance and family who were trying to calm me down. My principal even had to get involved at one point :deadbanana: Anyway, I love the song dearly, but it always brings up some questionable memories.

You remind me that it's such a wonderful thing to love.

The friend I went to the SSN show with bitched the entire time about the "annoying gays" in line, the rain, how cold it was inside the building, how long it took for Gaga to hit the stage, and he was even a grumpy d*ck with Gaga two feet in front of him on stage :huntyga:

So I danced with some of the queens around us and the older, drunk hispanic ladies beside me and let him simmer in his own mess 'cause, I'm sorry, but if I pay for both our tickets ($800+), our hotel on Miami beach (somewhere around $200 iirc), the gas and food for our entire trip, and I take us there (200 mile distance), while you contribute nothing but the drive back, then you have no legitimate reason to bitch at all nor is your bitching going to ruin my night :nails:

He's not going to anymore concerts with me tbh :huntyga: I'll go alone or with someone else.

I got to see Gaga, Cynthia, and other Monsters about a month before covid lockdowns started though so yay

I'm just like 🧍‍♂️

E.g. your cat died the day Chromatica was released

This, one of my cats died the day Gaga announced the title of Chromatica, I remember I was really sad that day. But you know, you get over it, weeks later Stupid Love was the only thing that would cheer me up after that and the whole pandemic situation that was starting.

Also my grandpa died days before the Superbowl in 2017, but I don't really associate those two.

This is exactly why I rarely invite people to go with me to concerts :ladyhaha: I brought the same friend with me twice and both times he made the experience miserable, which is weird because they're not like that usually. So when Celine Dion came to Miami last year, I bought a ticket without him and he seethed. :ohwell:
