Britney accused Jamie of putting her in hospital in leaked 2008 court docs

These documents have now been released by TMZ 13 years later.

Britney accused her dad of keeping her in hospital in 2008 after her 5150 hold. 

It appears Britney was under the impression that her dad was going to get her out of the hospital in 2008 and then found out he was the one keeping her in there. The day before Britney accused him he petitioned to prevent Britney from discharging herself.

In Lynne’s book she recounted how Jamie and Lou Taylor were looking to place Britney in a c-ship before this incident.

You really don’t know much about the situation to be saying this.

Do some deep research into all this before supporting Jamie saying he had grounds.

The conservatorship was planned and involved a lot of corrupt people.

Wtf? I'm not supporting him?? I'm saying the only person who can keep somebody in hospital is a medical professional bc they are not hotels. Are you saying her doctors are corrupt too?

I mean, they had a "medical professional" and a "judge" say Britney was too unfit (to the point of claiming she had dementia) to be in control of her life anymore, so... yeah.

Exactly - a Judge that has been accused of being corrupt! 

They took away her basic amendment right to hire her own attorney - it got refused by said Judge.
