I'm not going to attack him for his opinion, but just how dumb do you have to be to post something like that online when you work for an artist(s) with such a large gay following? He's in his 30s so he's definitely old enough to know better. 

I think it's important to remember playing with Gaga is just a gig for him, he's not part of her team. He may very well never play with her again. Perhaps he has other opportunities lined up where he wasn't even planning to.

What I find so f*cking ridiculous is that things like homophobia and transphobia are all of a sudden just "opinions."

I don't know if you guys have noticed this—and this might be difficult to explain, so bear with me—but I've noticed that on social media over the past few years (especially Twitter or Instagram) that it seems like making off-handed homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, etc., comments are just sort of like..the norm...just for the sake of being "anti-woke" or "anti-PC". Does that make sense to anyone?

Like, you'll go on Instagram about a post that vaguely deals with social issues and in the comments, you'll have people playing devil's advocate just for the sake of it because, "Oh, look at me. I'm edgy and cool for making a vaguely racist, homophobic, sexist, etc. statement just to look like I have a different opinion from everyone else because they're all snowflakes and I'm not."

What he's saying about "Oh, well it's just my opinion" is him just trying to justify his own bigotry and it's so f*cking annoying when people do that sh*t.

Well... BTW is. But its about liberation and telling people that no matter what your sexual orientation is, no matter what colour your skin is, no matter your background, your absolutely valid and its normal to be who you are. Its not about the sexual act, but it is about orientation

This so embarrasing. As if sexual preference wasn't always prevalent in music, just gay people were not aloud to sing about their own sexual preference. It was all about man singing things about having sex with women. Just sad and embarrasing. Freedom is not an agenda, it's a f*cking human right.
