Turns out Mr Spears was arrested for drunk driving in September 2009 while he was Britney’s conservator. This is the first time this has came to light, I wonder how much he paid to keep this quiet? How did a judge allow him to continue to be a conservator after this? It’s insane that a man who was/is an alcoholic still has so much control over Britney’s life. According to Lynne’s book he was also abusive and filed for bankruptcy multiple times yet he’s still conservator and trusted to take care of Britney’s money? So much corruption. Exactly! It’s insane because Jamie’s done worse things than Britney and he’s not in a c-ship. Britney’s never been arrested like Jamie, Britney’s never had any DUI’s. Britney doesn’t have any restraining orders like Jamie does - where he’s not allowed anywhere near his grandsons after ‘allegedly’ attacking one of them. Britney’s never filed for bankruptcy like Jamie, Britney’s never been abusive like Jamie (as stated in Britney’s mom’s book) Honestly it really is shocking this man is in charge of Britney’s life. The last one got pushed back on the day, Vivian smiled and said her and Sam Ingham have decided to push back to the next hearing so they can attempt to resolve some issues. The next hearing is next month regarding Britney's finances and payments to Lou Taylor. The hearing will also involve Sam Ingham petitioning to make Jodi Montgomery Britney's permanent conservator of the person (she's currently temporary).
