Not very true, my friend lives in Japan and she keeps telling how hard it is to have birth control in Japan, you can abort until later than most countries, but pills are really hard to get, doctors basically terrorize japanese women to not to use it.

 

Education is good, but it's very memorizing rather than learning and human rights... well, they are very xenophibic and racist. They'll lick your feet if you are american or european, but if you come from a poor country... Try to look for black people who have been on Japan on Youtube. It's not cute.
