Does he f*ck! He should be in jail. He intently didn’t lockdown. He advocated for herd immunity, with saying on live tv that some people would lose love ones, deal with it. Failed to lockdown 3 times. He should be jail for man slaughter

I don't understand how he's still so popular in the UK. He's basically the British Donald Trump and was just as bad about downplaying everything.

OT: shoulda, woulda, coulda, what matters now it ensuring that this lockdown ends at the right time, and not just coming out of lockdown with fingers crossed because Boris had an estimated date that he wants to stick to.

If we’re not at a low enough infection rate, then don’t come out of lockdown yet. We’ve already dealt with this for months on end, im sure a few extra weeks to be extra safe would be better than being too optimistic and having another lockdown in a few months

Same thing in my country, where renewed lockdowns are happening. I mean, the economic disaster is already a given. There's no point in shortening restrictions if that will make them uneffective in the first place.
