Focus 2,456
"TEA is a song written by Lady Gaga in 2012 for ARTPOP. She revealed the song title and some of the lyrics via Twitter on October 11, 2012. Despite the song being confirmed to be on the album, it did not make it to the final cut. This song was supposed to be released through the ARTPOP app. In February of 2017, during a Q&A, DJWS confirmed that the song is still in his posession and compared it to Toxic by Britney Spears. He then said he would probably release it someday. DJ White Shadow performed the intro to the song at the Joanne World Tour at Fenway Park in Boston on September 1, 2017." -Gagapedia Her team clearly put so much effort int trying to get the song out but are struck with bad luck everytime. Since DJWS said he has the rights to this song, he should just leak it or even publish it with Gaga as a feature, hell he could collab with a different vocalist. tbh, it costs nothing and makes up for the long blackouts

LittleMonster20 9,788
This should have been released. It was apparently considered for Chromatica but it is was probably not allowed from her contract. Still the unreleased song I’m most curious about. Xoxo Adriana 15,040
that girl’s scream at 0:14, the exact millisecond the snippet starts playing is a complete 2012-13 pre-ARTPOP era mood
Joshie S 5,915
Even though DJWS has it, he may not be the actual owner of the rights to it. I believe that everything pre 2013 belongs to Troy, and thats why they cannot release such songs like TEA, Brooklyn Nights, Temple, Onion Girl, In Like with You & Ratchet (my personal favourite from the snippet we got) I'm not sure why in 2017 DJWS was able to tease TEA.. I think ultimately at the end of it all it comes down to what Gaga wants, and maybe there's just too many conflicting feelings about releasing, as I think Troy will somehow make money off it. Perhaps one day in the future all of these may be released, but we can only dream & hope... The melody that you choose can rescue you ♥

GagaUnderYou 4,973
“TEA, Frankenstein, & Heard it On the Radio” would have been great bonus tracks, but Gaga never gives us what we want.

I remember reading somewhere that Gaga wasn't allowed to use songs intended for previous projects... I think it was a contract with Interscope. Maybe I'm wrong or I'm confusing two or more things I still don't understand why they woudn't allow her use previous material tho
