To be honest I get the feeling that she just doesn't want the film to happen and it going to cause as many problems and be as difficult as possible. First she comments on Gaga's appearance, now she's saying this. I feel like we will be hearing a lot from her from now until after the film is released. Expect lots of interviews and dumb comments from Patrizia throughout the next year...

P.S. the first comment Patrizie made about the film was that Gaga was too ugly and her nose too big to play her. That immediately makes it clear that she would have no intentions of offering any advice on how to play her, because she didn't want Gaga to play her anyway! So why would Gaga meet with someone who has made it obvious that she won't be helpful?

Even if you put aside the fact she hired a hitman, wasn't she pissy about Gaga and the whole production to begin with? I remember threads popping up on here about how she wasn't happy with Gaga playing her - why would Gaga try and meet someone who's already hostile
