Expanding on what was said, you can have a Real Time All Kill which is where you are #1 on all real time charts (I wish spotify had real time info) and then you can have an Perfect All Kill where you are #1 on all of the charts including daily ones and what not (which they just got a few hours ago before Blackpink's Rose will most likely knock them off some platforms)
