If we are talking about the royal family in particular, its roots its core and even today, its a racist organisation. They could have writed their wrongs a long time ago, but its racist right to its core. It's still racist. Dismantling it would be a great way of showing that we don't accept racism anymore. The white European thought blacks were inferior and made them suffer horrific things like slave work, rape, physical abuse etc etc. They saw the black man as an easy target because they believed having white skin was superior. When the British invaded 3/4s of the planet, they murdered, enslaved, raped, and did other horrific things to the people native to their lands. Without accepting the past, you can't learn for the future. We all have to do better, but saying comments like yours ignores the past. Unfortunately people still think and believe that PoC are inferior. Racism isn't something of the past, its still very much relevant today and we need to all do better. "Skin is skin, it doesn't matter" is just another way of saying "I don't see your colour" and doesn't accept that racism happens.
