Wild at heart uses the same instrumentals from NFR, from Love Song i think?

How To Disappear! I was very letdown when I heard it! I mean... I don’t think there’s a reason why they would reuse it

Oh yeaahh :laughga: sorry.

i listened to the album earlier and when WAH played, i realized it had the same instrumentals and I didn’t know what to feel. I was thinking maybe it was a sequel or something :messga:

Both songs mention Joe. I don't know who he is but maybe WH is indeed a sequel.

Wait... I kept thinking this is very NFR when I heard it and now it makes so much sense :saladga:

Soft, soothing, and succulent

So far, my favorite songs have to be White Dress and another one that I forgot. This album is pretty decent I think! Less depressing than NFR. I like the aesthetic of it as well.

I instantly recognized those damn bells I used to loathe back then :huntyga: she had to reuse the instrumentals of my least fav track on NFR didn’t she?!?

I’m just not feeling it. Don’t get me wrong I love to see an artist evolve and change, but the shift in sound post L4L has just not been it for me. I’ve only liked three or four songs from her last two albums and it’s a shame to me because I literally love every single song on every single album until L4L (yes I know it’s a messy ass album but some of my favorite songs are also on it)

I just hope she shifts back to something a bit more upbeat next time. Or something more elevated and not so stripped back. I miss the regality of her music.

same here. i have fav track for lust for life, NFR.. But is not the same overall feeling of like. i guess shes getting an índie feelin? and thats ok, even if is not my taste

kindest regards

I get how post L4L is very different. But for me, post L4L is more mature, has more depth.

I think because sonically it’s mostly adult contemporary music. I personally like both of those sides but I also was a huge fan of lust for life and don’t understand people who dislike it. Probably dislike more trap and rap sounding music?

I'm kinda disappointed, not gonna lie. Perhaps my expectations were too high after the once-in-a-lifetime masterpiece NFR. Still, it's a great album. I just think NFR is more mature and cohesive. This one is kinda all over the place. Nevertheless, I like White Dress, Yosemite and Dark But Just a Game

OMG it's good. I've spend two hours writing an essay so I forgot there was a gift from a great. And I listen to all this for the first time..... Tulsa is already makin me shiver with tears at seams.
