No no no, it's not dissing her.

Several weeks back, a rather blunt and rude gentleman of a conservative nature called Gaga a slut.

Back when she was smoking pot onstage.

The LA band Bankrupt Slut took notice, and decided to champion the cause of sluts everywhere, so to speak.

They took Gaga's side, in essence. If you see a few posts above, the band actually commented here in my thread, somehow they must have found it on the internet and joined here to tell us what they thought! They explain above how they feel. They promote female empowerment, no girl or woman should be ashamed of her s-xuality.

I was in almost the exact locations one of the pictures was taken just a few days ago! I didn't see the poster though. :( Love it though.

They seem to be all around LA, I googled them and found tons of them on Tumblr, which I then posted here.

Wait are these rare or something? I'm on a holiday in the states right now and I was in LA and I saw these EVERYWHERE really wanted to take one but I was always with my mum and she would have flipped out :(

Yes, in a sense they are indeed rare, because:

1. They are not availible in stores, since they are independent representations of urban art

2. They are made of very perishable materials -- rain, wind, weather, and people can destroy the paper and ink over a short amount of time

3. They are destined to be pasted over with more posters, rendering their original images lost forever behind extremely sticky glue called wheatpaste.

So, because they are so, for lack of a better word, *perishable*, they become very collectible

as pieces of raw and real street art.
