People should be more worried about cancelling Cuomo than James Charles.

Even if what James and this jerk did is technically illegal, the guy was totally consenting to it all and was baiting James. The point of age laws is from protecting minors from being taken advantage of, but in this case it was the older person being manipulated.

Don’t you think for a second that James didn’t know what he was doing. He knows how kids act nowadays and he saw an opportunity to sext with a underage boy because of his fame.

Read James' story. You don't think that a guy that knowingly pursued James and set him up wouldn't lie about his age? The guy claimed 18 at first and then James asked again when he started to doubt it. Why would James even ask the guy's age if he supposedly didn't care?

If this guy truly cared about justice against James and not clout, he wouldn't be milking the situation. He should save his evidence for the police and investigation instead of trying to gain a social media following.

This isn’t the first time James has been accused of grooming, so your point is invalid. He might have asked for this boy’s age but it doesn’t change the fact that he looks young and James sent him multiple nudes.

Under 18 is classed as a minor in England (even though the age consent is 16) and sending nudes to anyone under 18 is also against the law.

I don't really get why some people instantly put the minor as a victim
When I was 16 I would lie my age just so I could have sex, so don't act like everyone who's underage is the next Virgin Mary
also, when I was 16 and studying in California, a guy (who was 17) accused me of harrasing him and sending him pics of my d1ck without his consent, only because I didn't want to have sex with him. Even though I had the evidence I needed, like texts from him begging for me to visit him and to send the pics he always demanded me to send, and also many of his nudes, I barely had a chance at all to defend myself, and had to leave the US (and give up on my exchange program) so I wouldn't have to face court.
anyway, I don't know much about James Charles other than he has become an easy target of twitter-tiktok-white-dumb-wannabes cancel culture, and that's why I'm not going to bash him on any subjects that are not clear at all, cause I guess we all remember what happened the last time, right?

Yeah, that's not how it works. In order to make money on TikTok you need to be at least 18 years of age, live in the U.S. and have a certain number of followers. Then you have to apply to the monetization program. You can also make money by doing lives on TikTok (via tipping, so no guaranteed revenue) or by doing sponsored posts. As for Instagram, they have monetization options for IGTV and lives (again via tipping, so no guaranteed revenue) otherwise you have to do sponsored posts or set up a store and sell merchandise.

So to say views = cash just isn't accurate.
