The qualified vet nurse refused to be tested and said if she was given certain information which she had requested then she would have consented to a Covid-19 test. Minister of Covid response said: “Managed isolation nurses had conversations with Lucinda Baulch regarding testing and other matters. Additional clarification was also provided in response to Ms Baulch’s phone calls and emails, in line with information already provided.” She still plans on taking legal action. source source UPDATE: Lucinda Baulch has been released after 28 days in a Wellington managed isolation facility despite refusing to take a Covid-19 test. She decided to stay in New Zealand but in Auckland “for a night or two" until she decided her next step. She was transported to the Wellington Airport to fly to Auckland in a van arranged by the facility and was the only passenger and did not wear a mask. source Baulch already has challenged Covid-19 rules, back in Australia, she participated in an anti-lockdown protest. source source An Australian vet nurse has spent 25 28 days in New Zealand hotel quarantine after refusing to get a Covid test. Lucinda Baulch is in managed isolation in the Grand Mercure in Wellington as she waits for scientific evidence demonstrating the effectiveness of PCR testing. She has stated once she receives a scientific guarantee that the PCR test is categorically safe, she will happily have a Covid swab. 'As someone with a medical background and knowing the importance of informed consent... I'm entitled to it, it's a right, it's an obligation of the party offering a consent form,' said Baulch. She knows the longest time frame she can be kept in hotel isolation by the government is 28 days. Once that expires, she plans to take the matter to court. source Edited Tuesday at 12:56 PM by 777777777777777777 👻 Quote Share
 Facebook Twitter

G U C C I 2,717 Posted Monday at 01:22 PM She's one of those people who believe that we should all let the elderly and others prone to the virus potentially die so she can live like it's 2019 again. That is until someone in her immediate family dies and then she sues because they weren't made aware of the risks. Quote Share
 Facebook Twitter
