Also u can also make the case that if the general rule was to let ppl get away with it, ppl would start to know and find out in general (even if it wasnt this particular instance that made everyone aware the authorities were letting this fraud go)

For real. The rollout is a damn mess here. DeSantis is vaccinating his donors and prioritizing rich/white/Republican communities while threatening to not send doses to areas whose officials complain about unfairness

I don't blame these ladies at all even though I also don't condone it. Besides, this is FL. They're 34 and 44? They're probably already grandmas

So on the scale of stupidity, you think it's slightly better? They basically stole doses that should have gone to actual vulnerable people, which is low-key criminal... At least antivaxx people are endangering themselves and that's their (wrong) choice.

I hope they are now. At first they weren't even screening to make sure people were Florida residents! So for a while there were tourists who purposefully were traveling to Florida to get the vaccine.
