1989 has also pretty much not left the chart since it was released, maybe like 10-15 weeks in total, but it always ends up on the year end 200, so when it gets re-released it's going to be ****ing insane.

The re-releases won't count to the existing albums chart runs. Billboard said they'll be charting separately.  She'll just end up with 6 more #1 albums (probably/hopefully).

Don't be delusional please... Since when being successful chart wise in those countries means you make global impact in culture? Madonna, Gaga and MJ did, and not only charts wise, they were all known by EVERYONE EVERYWHERE. I love Taylor but you can't say she is on the same level as the other ones at this moment only because she is smashing (well deserved) charts in a few countries. My old dad knows the three above but not Taylor yet, so...

You can’t just brush off those countries as “a few charts” when they’re literally the biggest music markets, nor measure someone’s success based on whether your relatives know them

Yeah she's "big", but only in the US + MJ's and Madonna's singles are timeless, while Taylor's singles are forgettable, that's a fact
