Providing you are managing your illness people with HIV dont really need help. By that I mean it really isn't a big deal anymore if you're HIV+, it's moreso the lack of testing and the stigma that kills people now. I think they should test wider and routinely for it but focus on education in schools and even colleges. So many adults still think you can get it from saliva or a toilet seat, it's daft but that stigma results in largely young men taking their own lives. Ugh, breaks my heart man

They're free where I am too. NHS is amazing. I don't know how people in US who don't have medical insurance survive. But the brand I use are hella expensive there. Its disgusting

I understand this concept but I will never understand how a virus can sustain itself as well as kill it's host. It will eventually run out of hosts if it's lifespan is successful. That is counter to everything I understand about evolution.
