shoful 13,304
Lmao wait what? A photo of her is promoting unrealistic body standards? You could legit say “Promoting unhealthy habits” about obese people sharing a photo. It’s just people sharing their body. Everything’s gotta be some drama these days doesn’t it "My name is Dita, I'll be your Mistress tonight..."
JusKeepBreathin 19,311
I mean I'm not so sure that's too bodyshopped. In one picture she is standing tall sucking in her stomach. In the other she is relexed and walking so her hips can look thinner depending on the angle. Honestly the scrutiny on these women is crazy. It's just as bad if not worse than making fun or woman that are plus size. We shouldn't be commenting at all. As if men's pictures in magazines are not body shopped. You look at a candid photo at the beach of Chris Evans who by all means is beautiful and in a relaxed walking position he doesn't have the 36 ab pack that he has in photoshopped and well lit photos. Lighting and shadows do a lot for studio pictures. Ashley 9,372
I thought that was common knowledge. They all photoshop and facetune their pics, I think Kim has even photoshopped her kids before.
Guest
I think this is how Kendall looks like, maybe some people need to re-learn how they see beauty so they can stop being triggered by the bodies that are accepted and applauded in our society. It's not Kendall's fault if she was born tall, skinny and has long legs with a flat stomach and is born in a rich family where she was able to start a model career. The problem is the person who sees her and feels triggered that by Kendall's mere existance she is offending yours. The truth is that your body as it is, is very beautiful but you have failed at looking at it that way. Everything so far is the reflection of yourself not on Kendall. And Im not a Kardashian fan by the way at all

CubbyGaga 2,507
I must say though, if it wasn’t for ridiculous sh*t like this, we wouldn’t have The Fame. The Kardashians are the epitome of the lyrical content of The Fame.

The only difference with men's bodies is that men are not triggered or feel offended by a tall lean buff guy they see on Instagram or cover of a magazine because society didn't teach them or inserted the idea in their heads that their appearance is the most important thing

Men are insecure about their bodies. I do think it doesn't happen as much for men. But I don't think there are many men who don't want to be buff if they could. I mean I used Chris Evans as a reference but take a look at Thor in Infinity War and Endgame. His weight gain was a total joke and a commentary on being unhealthy and unhygienic. And in the entire year of 2001 you won't find any other body standard that isn't a size 0. I'm sorry but this argument of unrealistic body standards by the media isn't as effective in 2021.
