Judge gives Britney's choice of Conservator equal power as Jamie

A small victory!

Britney wanted Bessemer Trust as sole conservator of her estate, however a few months ago the Judge only made them co-conservator alongside Jamie.

Jamie basically requested more power than Bessemer (so he had more control), however the Judge overruled her father's objections - therefore giving Bessemer Trust & Jamie Spears equal power over her finances.

In today's hearing Britney's attorney said it is no secret his client (Britney) does not want her father as conservator. Jamie's attorney claimed Britney wanted Jamie as sole conservator in 2019 (God I can't stand this woman).

Hopefully they will work on removing Jamie again completely soon...

Next hearing is scheduled for next month!

A small victory, but at this rate this is going to go on for years. And why? because attorney's on ALL sides can cash their checks as long as this trial is being extended. Dumb ass Jamie should just step off. Seriously I hate to say this but at this point the fastest way to get rid of Jamie is if he died and I hate to say that. But as long as he is alive, he will drag this on and the judge doesn't seem to be rational whatsoever. The proof is there, just make an end to it!

Does this mean Bessemer Trust and Jamie have to come to an agreement on every decision they make about what Britney can and can't do? I guess the plan is to have Bessemer Trust argue with Jamie until he backs down. Better than letting him retain full control I guess! As long as Bessemer Trust are actually on Britney's side and won't just give in to what he wants
