I think Chromatica TV was just promo leading up to the VMAs. Like a spin on when mtv used to do it's mtv news during commercials. We haven't heard anything on it since the VMAs so that's why I also think that.

Nah, there was a Chromatica TV website up way before the VMA teasing. Fans got into the code and discovered it was supposed to host some sort of livestream event. I'm assuming it's what Bobby was referring to when he said they were planning on doing a show before they were hit by another round of shutdowns:
