Rihanna WOULD be a serve but she was already offered the show and declined because of the situation with Kaepernick - which honestly is admirable and says a lot about her character. I think she's v talented singer/songwriter but I just don't think she's a v good live vocalist or powerful performer. You have to be at least one of those for the HT show. Jlo prob sucks as a live vocalist (I'm not sure bc she seems to lipsync a lot) but she is a strong performer for a 14 minute show where u have to get people hyped. Rihanna isn't a v good vocalist either but she'd prob be good based on performance/choreography (although to be honest I can't remember if she's that strong bc it's been so long since I've seen her) Look, Taylor could kill it. That's the joy of the superbowl show. Many people underestimated Gaga too and were shocked. Sometimes it's good to be a little under-estimated. Thing is, I always think TS is just a bit too over hyped. Please don't hate me, she's got enough people who adore her. My opinion won't effect her. Big difference. Taylor's hits are mostly v bubblegum pop and that's fun etc but there comes a point where its weird to see a 30 something woman singing about being 22. (also SB is about singing your huge hits. But Million Reasons (not YEARS old) was one of the best parts of Gaga's show. Maybe TS can incorporate a moment like that.
