Zayn will be falling asleep on IG live in honor of coors light

Coors Light is giving fans a change to "sleep with" Zayn this Saturday on Instagram Live.

You can tune in to his Instagram page on February 6, 2021 at 10:30 p.m. ET to watch him sleep. The whole Live will be an experiment of sorts. Coors worked with a Harvard doctor and dream psychologist to create a dream stimulus video that was made to help those who watch it have relaxing dreams.

The dream stimulus videos include scenes of clean mountain air and refreshing streams, and Coors helped to conduct a study to see if the video helped dreamers sleep calmly. The ad showing some of the participants' responses showed how useful the video was to their quality of sleep. 

Now on Saturday, Zayn will put the video to the test for all of his fans and followers to see. You can watch the dream stimulus video for yourself on the Coors website (it's suggested that you watch it three times through).
