dynamite 50,362
I recently got a Switch after not having gamed for a few years, mainly for the Crash and Spyro remakes but the deciding factor over a Playstation was the new Pokémon games being on Switch. The games are so expensive if you want to get more than a couple though. I'm looking into getting Digimon, Zelda and Smash Bros too. I also still have my Gameboy Colour from 20 years ago. U? Stanley Digaga 974
I still have a playstation 2 and Xbox 360, but I only play on PC now. I would like to have the playstation 5 for the new ratchet & clank but it's too expensive for just one game.
PartySick 144,764
A PS4 and a Switch Lite Not much of a gamer. My PS4 definitely spends more time replacing cable than it does playing games And I haven't touched my Switch since I got bored with the Crowned Tundra DLC But packed away in my closet I have a PS1, PS2, PS3, and two Game Boy Advances with only Castlevania and Pokemon games

I was so excited to play Pokémon at first because I had only played it on Gameboy or DS with worse graphics, but the novelty wore off fast. The story is non-existent and the dialogue is tedious, and battles too. Especially the number of battle messages for every little thing. Pikachu was buffeted by hail. Pikachu's defence rose. Pikachu's attack rose. Pikachu's special attack fell. All one after the other. Like stfu
melodichard 3,757
Nintendo Switch for me too. I have Pokémon but haven’t been able to get into it too much yet. Instead I’ve played a lot of Animal Crossing, Mario Kart and Splatoon. I’ve also picked up some JRPGs too, I’m working my way through Ni No Kuni now. ToxicHot 6,438
I have a PlayStation 4. I love it, it’s definitely a wonderful investment since you can use it as a media hub as well - YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, etc., and you can also plug in a flash drive to watch videos, view photos, and play music (even during games!). And obviously, there’s a disk drive for other media besides games. The games I mostly play are Grand Theft Auto V/Online and Fortnite. I also own Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Grand Theft Autos from the early 2000’s, and a few Namco arcade games because I’m nostalgic like that. I do plan on getting a PlayStation 5 at some point, maybe when the price goes down a bit (or not ) and when the next Grand Theft Auto game comes out (for sure). You know, I’ve been a little tempted to get a Nintendo Switch, but to be honest I don’t feel like there’s THAT much you can do with it. I think the only game I play that’s available on the Switch is Fortnite. My little brother has one, but he’s into stuff like Minecraft, Super Mario, and Lego games. That stuff doesn’t appeal to me. dOnT sAd ReAcT mE 2 bE sHaDy i WiLL RePoRt U!!1!

I expected it to be a direct remaster of the Gameboy games and after I saw the catching mechanic I was like "this is like Pokémon Go it's sh*t" ... Then gave it another chance and became obsessed and realised it basically is the Gameboy games apart from that

At this point, aside from the gimmicks (Mega Evolution, Totem Pokemon, and now Dynamaxing), all the new games are the same. It's slow and just showing off big Pokémon for the sake of it. I prefer the more basic but more authentic looking Mega Evolution ...as authentic as can be in terms of animated imaginary monsters
MadreMonster 2,584
I just got a PS5 and Xbox Series S should be arriving soon. Otherwise, right now I have a PS4 and Switch. Used to have an Xbox One but got rid of it for my PS4.
