Sounds too much like hate speech, how would they know if this cake wouldn't be used to harass someone? I heard a story about a gay guy who was harrassed at his place of employment on his birthday, the manager throw a party for him that was all pink with Barbie hat and decoration and a cake in the shape of a penis.

 

It could be very well a birthday cake outing this girlor harrassing her.

I am authistic, so don't be offended if I make a mess sometimes.
