She looks good not but looked good before, too. I do hope she’s happy and healthy, but we really need to stop equating being skinny to being healthy :saladga:

I came here to type something similar. We need to be careful about judging people's health based on appearances.

With all do respect, who’s we?

The scientists, health experts or just you?

https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/2018/06/11/well/live/belly-fat-health-visceral-fat-waist-cancer.amp.html%3f0p19G=2103

Anyway, I think she looks great either way. But I’m not sure why everytime a celebrity, be it Adele or Rebel Wilson loses weight, people immediately jump on this “well they were healthy at 275lbs” train. Or, “They don’t look healthy now.” “Too skinny”. Science, doctors, and health experts say otherwise.

Being skinny =/= being healthy. That’s a fact. Idk who lied to you, but there it is lol

Okay and being fat =/= being healthy.

You can be unhealthy at any weight. This is about someone losing weight to better their health. At least that’s what Adele had said.

Skinny in some cases could indicate an eating disorder so no skinny does not always mean healthy

But being overweight could also indicate an eating disorder? No? Ever heard of binge eating?

Yup, and I’m not necessarily disagreeing with you but it seems to me there is a double standard.
