"Cameron posted a video PSA on Twitter Monday (Feb. 1) about remembering and celebrating "the contributions Black men and women have made to our Commonwealth and to our nation," including himself as the first Black attorney general of the state. But many have remembered Cameron for his office's failure to charge the Louisville police officers who served a "no-knock" search warrant and fatally shot the 26-year-old EMT while she was asleep in her apartment on March 13, 2020.

"Sup n---a? #JusticeforBreonnaTaylor," the Bajan pop star shot back on Twitter.

She called him out on her social media earlier in September after a grand jury indicted only one of the officers, former detective Brett Hankison, with three charges of first-degree wanton endangerment for bullets that entered three neighboring apartments in a move completely unrelated to Taylor's murder. (Two other officers involved in the fatal shooting, detectives Myles Cosgrove and Joshua Jaynes, were fired on Jan. 5, 2021.)

"I’m just gon’ let this sink in to your hollow skull @danieljaycameron," Rihanna captioned an image of a protest sign that read "A cop shot a Black woman and was only charged for the shots missed."

She needs to stick to her makeup and music. I don’t know how the law is in Louisville, but usually if something doesn’t proceed legally is because there is issues in the case. And for someone to charge someone with criminal charges they have to be able to prove it beyond reasonable doubt. (I’m not defending Mr. Cameron)

Maybe you need to stick to... whatever infinitely less impactful, iconic and relevant thing you do (compared to Rih) before you come in here and tell celebrities to shut up and stay in their lane.

Like who are you???

Im

not even white lol. I work in law, so I understand it in a legal standpoint. It’s not about trusting the system or not, it’s the way the law is written in each state. Depending on how it’s written, it’s how an attorney can put a criminal charge on someone.

I’m no one. I didn’t offended anyone. Yet you can come and assume things about me. Learn how to dialogue in a civil way. Never said for her to “shut up” I just simply said she needs to stick to what she does. How can someone come and say you need to do this (legal action) without having an education in law. Grow
