From reading his book to seeing the kind of lifestyle he exemplified, sadly it isn't too shocking to see this ish come to light. Super unfortunate since he was a major influence for a lot of people and how we saw the world around us. The fact that he's well spoken and could be considered a legend..... and then.... just being.... TRASH

Well... it was to be expected. People are a lot quicker to dissociate themselves from abusers now.

I hate this, why did he have to do that? Why can't men just seek help before they start hurting people like that?

First off, it's been known for YEARS that he physically abused Evan Rachel Wood. She has just finally confirmed and talked about it all. He's long overdue for being cancelled.

Of course Loma Vista is going to do that, they're saving their asses. I'm curious to know where Manson is going next since he was already working on the follow up to We Are Chaos with Shooter Jennings during quarantine and if he's gonna get back together with Twiggy who got fired for the exact same reasons.

Regardless of this, I hope the girls that were abused have found a way to go to therapy so they're allowed to be in healthy relationships. Can't say I'm surprised because it wasn't a secret they had a pretty abusive relationship, you can see this on the music videos for Heart Shaped Glasses and Running To The Edge of the World, and pretty much most of the songs on The High End of Low. All of the interviews about that album and Eat Me Drink Me were about that. Cancel culture really is one click away from ruining someone's life and career.

From the sound of it, it seems like this was something of a ticking clock as far as when this would break. People knew, people were going to come out and accuse him of it. The label was milking it while they could/probably have a highly credible source they sought out post allegations to support this decision. You don’t drop big name clients at the top of a record release unless there’s some BIG s*** going down.

I can't believe so many have to suffer for a ****ing abuser to be punished. It terrifies me to think how many stars are abusers and we know nothing about it, and the idea of them not getting what they deserve makes me sick.
