It's the bratty entitlement for me. wanting music from a musician is not entitlement. i'm not entitled, nor bratty for disagreeing with her blatant corporate greed. the chromatica oreos are a nice idea, the makeup is a nice idea, but that isn't why i'm a fan, and i'm not going to praise her to the heavens for just existing. i've never said she owes me anything, and if she didn't want to make music right now, i'd appreciate that. but she's a public figure, and she's open to criticism, and i won't be forced to be positive about everything. she has the right to do whatever she wants, she's a grown adult. but she's also an artist. and wanting art from her isn't a crime.
