Britney's dad denies request to hand over Britney's financial records

Jamie Spears appears to have requested that Britney's financial records not be passed to Co-Conservators Bessemer Trust (the company Britney wants to be conservator of her estate). Jamie has obviously got something to hide! 

Jamie has also requested that Bessemer's role be extremely LIMITED  - This man really will not just give up will he . Jamie has also denied the request for Bessemer Trust to be the Sole Conservators of Britney's estate.

The next hearing is listed for February 11th!

I think the hope was for her father to have slightly less control... but obviously he's still putting up a fight.

It's not that easy. First Jamie needs to be removed, once that happens, then she can file to terminate the conservatorship all together. But Jamie is fighting her for years to stay as conservator, even after she has expresses herself that she is afraid of Jamie and wants someone to be conservator that she feels comfortable with. But rest assured, Jamie will be removed one way or another. #FreeBritney
