I was on tour. I didn't like that, not releasing any singles during that time. So I told myself, I'll never do that again. I want to release singles almost every month, if anything. I feel like I'm always in the studio, so it's kind of easy for me because I'm always making music. Maybe it's a little harder if someone's not in the studio all the time. I have a studio in my house. e I never go in the studio saying, โOkay, I'm going to sample a song today.โ It's not like that. It's more so like, I'm experimenting with other songwriters sometimes or experimenting by myself. And then all of a sudden, I'm listening to inspirational music in the past and so I definitely heard that song and was like, โWait, this is one of the greatest songs.โ So I'm just like, โWhy don't we bring this back and make it more modern?โ Make it a female anthem. ย I am definitely working on the next project and I am so excited.
