I have nothing against Madonna herself BUT I do truly believe that one of the reasons Gaga was so insecure during BTW era and after is because of Madonna. She collab’d with Dua and it made 0 noise Maybe I'm looking at things through the lens of a Madge fan. I saw her in concert in 2019 and she totally slayed. And I love her Madame X album. So I don't care about the charts, but if an ageist population isn't going to enjoy the collab, I would feel badly about that. I do think a Madonna-Gaga collab would be more iconic than a Madonna-Dua collab and would be more of an historic moment. Some moments transcend the music itself.
