More likely that Walmart is using geo-block on this page so non U.S. visitors to their website cannot purchase this item. Most likely because Oreo would have asked them to, since this edition would contain stuffs for the contest or whatever that is only valid in the USA. But anyway, got'em! From what it shown to me, it looks like going to be released in the USA on February 5 2021, bettwr be safe and pre-order now in case they don't sell it in store or you have to queue long for it.
