While the Capitol building was being raided, Ayanna Pressley's staff discovered that all of her panic buttons had been forcefully removed prior to the raid. A panic button is pressed to trigger an alarm somewhere in the event of an emergency. They are similar to the buttons that patients have in hospitals to call nurses to their rooms. While Ayanna Pressley was trying to stay in a safe location in the Capitol building, it had been discovered that every single panic button of hers had been torn out prior to the raid.

This comes off the allegations surrounding the possibility that several of the terrorists that stormed the Capitol building had possibly received "reconnaissance tours" from republicans.

Representative Mikie Sherill has heavily urged that these allegations be investigated. She is joined by more than 30 people that work with her in urging these investigations to happen.

This is clearly a lot bigger than just a raid by terrorists. There is a strong possibility that these terrorists received help from "insiders" in the government.

I was just reading an article about how the FBI is monitoring threats ahead of Inauguration Day from US troops and law enforcement, which is a lot scarier than some hillbillies in MAGA hats.

I also think this is just the beginning. These far-right nationalists have already been a threat for awhile according to the FBI, and once Biden is Inaugurated and they lose their sense of power I think more tantrums will follow.
