Do you actually understand the arguments - increasingly - why people are coming out against the union? I see it in my everyday life. My local supermarket - Lidl - is sitting empty because of Brexit trade. Fishermen has been sold down the river. 

You only focus on the negatives of the union because you're a nationalist. 

I understand those negatives, but none of them outweigh the positives. 

I find it ironic that you complain about Brexit hurting Scottish trade. 

What on earth do you think is going to happen when Scotland is no longer unified with it's closest ally?

They'll strike a deal, as you recognise, but that deal will still create problems - just like the problems you blame Brexit for, despite having a deal in place. 

Your argument is weakened when you use the negatives of Brexit to argue to leave the union, when leaving the union creates the same negatives Brexit does. 

You can't magic away Brexit. Brexit happened and if Scotland rejoins the EU, that doesn't reverse Brexit. Brexit means that BRITAIN left the EU. Scotland rejoining the EU does not overcome the problems of Brexit - it creates more problems, since it'll require a border between Scotland and England.

I have lived in Scotland all my life and I am yet to see one positive of staying in the union, we have ‘trade’ doesn’t equate as an argument because we will have negotiations with both the EU and the UK about the issue with the border. Talking of border, what about our border with the EU, we had open borders with the EU but that has been stripped away. Yet again, England (and Wales) has forced us to leave the EU. We could trade worldwide with already made trade deals within the EU but all of that has been ripped away from us for inferior trade deals made by a hopeless Government. 
 

Us rejoining the EU, as an independent country would solve a few problems, it may take up to 5 years, yes but we will join the EFTA with countries in Iceland and Switzerland.

I think Union with 27 and counting countries in Europe is better than Union with 2 or 3 other also in Europe but with difference where one ( England ) wants to be in charge of everything.

This is the google definition of Nationalist “a person who strongly identifies with their own nation and vigorously supports its interests, especially to the exclusion or detriment of the interests of other nations.” This is NOT what I am, I don’t believe my country is better than another country. What I believe is Scotland is better than the corrupt Westminister. Why do you want Scotland tailored to England’s tune and Westminister’s corruption? 
 

The way you are protraying Scotland as we should be grateful for the trade we received from England. This union is an extremely abusive marriage, Scotland should be grateful for all England provides for us and we are too small, too stupid and too incompetent to leave. We are constantly getting belittled by the Westminister Government and the opposition. Our concerns are not getting listened too, they haven’t been listened too for a long time.
